We Begin Here

  • A 30-Minute Introductory Session -  Schedule a video conference where I can answer your questions, explain the coaching process, and describe what ADHD coaching is and isn't.

  • Before our 30-minute intro session, a short form will be sent to you. By filling out the form, you help us make the best use of our time.

​

  • If I'm not the right coach for you, I can make a recommendation from my network of certified and highly trained ADHD coaches.

The Sessions

  • ​One-To-One Coaching Sessions  - Here, we discuss your goals and the issues that have you feeling stuck and overwhelmed.

​

  • ​This is also where we may begin creating a personalized plan for you to reach your goals and address issues you're facing.  â€‹â€‹â€‹

​

  • It's essential to stay curious; you'll learn much about what is working and what isn't.

​

  • Sessions are via video conference, in-person, or on the phone. (Phone sessions are actually quite powerful!)​

What's Included

  • ​​Optional At-Home Exercises - Some topics include time management, prioritizing, organization, and a deep dive into what's truly important to you.

​

  • Optional Check-ins -  Mid-week and end-of-the-week phone calls/text messages update me with your progress. (This adds a gentle touch of accountability.)

​

  • One Family Session - Ask me for details. ​​
