Details Of ADHD Coaching
When something is getting in your way, make a plan to get around it, go through it, or maybe, just let it go.
We Begin Here
-
A 30-Minute Introductory Session - Schedule a video conference where I can answer your questions, explain the coaching process, and describe what ADHD coaching is and isn't.
-
Before our 30-minute intro session, a short form will be sent to you. By filling out the form, you help us make the best use of our time.
-
If I'm not the right coach for you, I can make a recommendation from my network of certified and highly trained ADHD coaches.
The Sessions
-
One-To-One Coaching Sessions - Here, we discuss your goals and the issues that have you feeling stuck and overwhelmed.
-
This is also where we may begin creating a personalized plan for you to reach your goals and address those issues.
-
It's essential to stay curious; you'll learn a lot about what is working and what isn't working.
-
Sessions are via video conference, in-person, or on the phone. (Phone sessions are actually quite powerful!)
What's Included
-
Optional At-Home Exercises - Some topics include time management, prioritizing, organization, and a deep dive into what's truly important to you.
-
Optional Check-ins - Mid-week and end-of-the-week phone calls/text messages keep me updated with your progress. (This adds a gentle touch of accountability.)
-
One Family Session - Ask me for details.
Packages and Rates
-
$50 for an in-depth 30-Minute Introductory Session. If we mutually agree to form an ADHD coaching partnership, the price of the intro session will be applied to the total cost of a coaching package.
-
$1,600 for twelve approximately 60-minute sessions.
-
A limited number of reduced rates are available. At this time, there are no open spaces available.
What I Ask
-
If newly diagnosed or if you haven't yet researched being an adult with ADHD, spend some time educating yourself through reputable resources. I will happily provide links!
-
If you don't use a calendar or a to-do list already, start. You can modify and change calendars, but it's vital to have a place other than in your head to hold your priorities.
-
Stay curious and be honest with yourself.
More Information
-
I coach adults with ADHD.
-
ADHD coaching is a partnership. You are the expert on yourself. I'm a trained ADHD coach.
-
ADHD coaching is not a replacement for therapy. Often coaching is used together with therapy, but any trauma or mental health issues should be addressed before starting ADHD coaching.
Even More Information
-
As an ADHD coach, I'm mindful that people with ADHD have unique issues and skills.
-
ADHD coaches are not teachers, bosses, therapists, or moms.
-
As your coach, you cannot disappoint me, and I'm always on your side. Therefore, I don't make a great accountability partner.
